Sometimes printing equipment facing the fact that the printer ceases to detect the inkwell, this is evidenced by the notification on the computer or the display of the device itself. Almost always the cause of this problem is the cartridges themselves, their hardware or system failures. A malfunction is solved by different options, each of which requires the merger of certain actions. Let's consider in detail the available methods.
Correct the error with the detection of the printer cartridge
Some users will immediately try to reboot the printer or pull out and insert the inklinitsa. Such actions sometimes help, however, in most cases, they do not bring any results, therefore, more complex processes related to the purification of contacts and the correction of system failures should be carried out. We will deal with everything in order.In the case when your printer detects a cartridge, however, when you try to print, a notification appears that the paint ended, skip the first method and immediately go to the execution of the second.
Method 1: Contact Check
Immediately you want to pay attention to that almost always an error occurs after refueling or replacing cartridges. If you have been acquired by new inks, compare their contacts with those located on the device itself, because they must be coincided. You can just do it:
If everything is fine, it is recommended to clean the contacts, because sometimes they are oxidized or contaminated after refueling. It is best for this usual eraser or alcohol napkin. Just gently wipe each chip, then insert the inkner block back to the MFP or printer before the characteristic click.
The electrical elements in the device itself should be diagnosed. Access to them you will get immediately after you get the cartridge. Make sure that there are no foreign objects, if necessary, carefully remove the dust and other contaminants with a clean cloth.
Check how high quality unit is fixed in the holder. The slightest waste of contacts can cause failures in the printing process. If the cartridges are secured, take a small piece of paper, fold it to the desired number of times and put between the fastening and the inkwell. Thus, you securely fix the parts inside the device.
Method 2: Cartridge Zero
Sometimes a computer appears on the computer in the cartridge. In most cases, such a problem occurs after replacing or refueling the inkwell, because the device considers expenses not by the remaining ink volume, but by the number of consumed paper. In the case when PZK does not have a reset button, pay attention to the connection fee itself. Sometimes there are two small contacts located next to each other.
Take a flat screwdriver and simultaneously block them to make an automatic paint level reset.
After that, the unit can be carefully inserted back to the printer.

If they are missing on your PZK, the reset procedure is quite simple:
- Open the top cover of the printing device to gain access to the inkner block.
