Page Marking Mode in Excel is a very convenient tool with which you can immediately view how items will look like on the page when printing them and immediately edit them. In addition, in this mode, there is a viewing footer - special notes on the upper and lower fields of pages that are not visible under normal working conditions. But, nevertheless, not always work in such conditions for all users is relevant. Removing markup

With the last two modes, the sheet is divided into parts. To remove this separation just click on the icon "Normal" . Switching mode occurs.

Method 2: Tab "View"
Switch operation modes in Excele can also be through the tape buttons in the View tab.
- Go to the "View" tab. On the ribbon in the "Book View Modes" tool block by clicking on the "Normal" button.
- After that, the program will be switched from the work conditions in the layout mode in the usual one.
This method, unlike the previous one, implies additional manipulations associated with the transition to another tab, but, nevertheless, some users prefer to use it.
Method 3: Removing the dotted line
But even if you switch from the page or regime of the page markup in the usual, the dashed line with short invasses, breaking the sheet to the parts, will still remain. On the one hand, it helps to navigate whether the contents of the file will fit into the printed sheet. On the other hand, such a breakdown of the sheet does not like each user, it can distract his attention. - Before you close the window, do not forget to save the results of the changes by clicking on the icon in the form of a floppy disk in the upper left corner.
- After that, we click on the pictogram in the form of a white cross inscribed in a red square in the upper right corner of the window, that is, click on the standard closing button. It is not necessary to close all Excel windows if several files are running simultaneously, as it is enough to complete the work in the specific document where the dotted is present.
- The document will be closed, and when it returned it to launch short dotted lines, breaking the sheet, will not be.
Method 4: Deleting page break
In addition, Excel sheet can also be marked with long dotted lines. Such markup is called the title of the page. It can only be turned on manually, so it is necessary to do some manipulations in the program to turn it off. Such gaps include if you need to print certain parts of the document separately from the main body. - Go to the "Markup" tab. On the tape in the page of the "Page Parameters" toolbox by clicking on the "Raznits" button. The drop-down menu opens. Come on the "Reset Page Razm" item. If you click on the "Delete page break" item, only one element will be removed, and everyone else will remain on the sheet.
- After that, the gaps in the form of long dotted lines will be removed. But small dotted lines of marking will appear. They, if you think it is necessary, you can remove, as described in the previous method.

In order to remove the dotted marking, if it prevents the user, you need to reboot the program.
