We use a corrective layer "Levels".
Move the slider, seeking the desired effect.
Then click right-click on the layer with "Levels" And choose paragraph "Combine with the previous".
Staying on the top layer, go to the menu "Filter - Imitation - Applique".
Customize filter.
Number of levels - 2. Easy and clarity of the edges is configured for each image individually. It is necessary to achieve the result, as in the screenshot.

Next, choose the instrument "Magic wand".
Settings are as follows: Admission 30-40. , daws on the contrary "Related pixels" Remove.
Click tool in the area on the face.
Press Del. By removing this shade.
Then clamp Ctrl And click on the miniature layer with a stencil, loading it into the selected area.
Choose any tool Discharge and press the button "Clarify the Edge".
In the settings window, choose the view "On white".
We shift the edge to the left and add smoothing.
We choose the output "In the allocation" and click OK.
We invert the obtained selection with a combination of hot keys Ctrl + SHIFT + I and click Del..
Invert again and press the keyboard shortcut SHIFT + F5. . In the settings, choose the fill with black and press OK.
Remove the selection ( Ctrl + D.).
We erase the extra part of the eraser and put the finished stencil on the white background.
