- Connect the printer to the network, turn it on and remove all paper from the tray.
- Hold the "Stop" button and follow the flashing sign. He must blink seven times, then release the key.
- Wait for the end of cleaning. It will end when the rollers stop rotating.
- Now it is re-re-performed with paper. After the stop, immerse a small pack of standard sheets A4 into the tray.
- Open the lid to receive sheets so that they can be pushed.
- Press the "STOP" button again until the ALARM light is blinking seven times.
- When the paper is pushed, it means that the rollers are completed.
Sometimes the paper feed error is not solved by this method, so it is necessary to manually wipe the rollers. Use a wet woven tampon for this. Clean both items, coming to them through the rear tray. It is important not to touch them with your fingers.
Step 4: Cleaning the pallet
Removing contaminants from the internal components of the printer is recommended to be carried out regularly, as they can provoke the appearance of spots on ready-made printed sheets. Manually this procedure can be made as follows:
- Turn on the device and remove all sheets from the rear tray.
- Take one A4 sheet format, fold it in half the width, straighten, then place it in the rear tray so that the open side is pointing to you.
- Do not forget to open a paper reception tray, otherwise the test will not start.
- Click on the "Stop" button and hold it until the alarm will flash eight times, then release.
Expect until the paper is issued. Pay attention to the place of bend if ink stains are present there, spend this step again. In the case of non-response, the internal parts of the device behave the second time on their own dial or wand. Before that, be sure to turn off the power.
Step 5: Cartridges
