Google Forms are a popular service that provides the ability to conveniently create all sorts of polls and survey. For its full use, it is not enough to just be able to create these very forms, it is also important to know how to open access to them, because documents of this type are oriented to massive filling / passage. And today we will tell about how it is done.
Open access to google form
Like all topical products of Google, forms are available not only in the browser on the desktop, but also on mobile devices with Android and iOS. True, for smartphones and tablets, according to completely incomprehensible reasons, there is still no separate application. However, since the default electronic documents are saved in the Google disk, you can open them, but, unfortunately, only in the form of a web version. Therefore, then we will consider how to provide access to the electronic document on each of the devices available.
Access to users (only filling / passing)
- In order to open access to the ready-to-form for all users or those who are planning to personally offer it to pass / fill out, click on the button with the image of the airplane located left from the menu (Troetchy).
- Select one of the possible options for sending a document (or link to it).
- Email. Specify the address or address of the recipients in the "To" line, change the topic (if necessary, since the default document is indicated there) and add your message (optional). If necessary, you can include this form into the letter of the letter by installing a tick opposite the corresponding item.
After filling out all the fields, click on the "Send" button.
- Public link. If you wish, check the box in front of the "Short URL" item and click on the "Copy" button. The reference to the document will be sent to the clipboard, after which you can distribute it in any convenient way.
- HTML code (for insertion on the site). If there is such a need to change the size of the created block with the form to more preferred, determining its width and height. Click "Copy" and use the link buffer to insert it to your website.

Option 2: Smartphone or Tablet
As we have already told in the entry, the Mobile application of Google form does not exist, but this does not cancel the possibility of using the service on devices with iOS and Android, because each of them has a browser application. Access for editors and co-authors
- Use the Mobile Application of the Google disk on which the forms are stored, direct link, if available, or the link above, and open the required document. This will happen in a web browser used by default. For more convenient interaction with the file, switch to the "full version" of the site, checking the corresponding item in the web browser menu (in the mobile version, some items are not scaling, not displayed and not moved).
Access to users (only filling / passing)
- Being on the form page, tap on the "Send" button, located in the upper right corner (instead of the inscription there may be an icon of sending a message - an airplane).
- In the window that opens, switching between tabs, select one of the three possible options for opening the access to the document:
- An email invitation. Specify the address (or addresses) in the "To" field, enter the "topic", "add a message" and click "Send".
- Link. If you wish, tick the "Short URL" item to reduce it, and then tap on the "Copy" button.
- HTML code for the site. If necessary, determine the width and height of the banner, after which you can "copy".
- Copied to the clipboard link can and you need to share with other users. To do this, you can refer to any messenger or social network.
In addition, directly from the "Sending" window is available to publish references to social networks Facebook and Twitter (the corresponding buttons are noted in the screenshot).
