The fluent search offered to use the Winaero User List Enabler program, but either it works only in Windows 8, or the problem is something else, but I failed to achieve the desired result with its help. The third test method - editing the registry and the subsequent change in permits worked. Just in case I warn you that you take responsibility for the actions.
Enabling the display of the list of users when downloading Windows 8.1 using the registry editor
So, proceed: Run the registry editor, for this it is enough to press the Windows + R buttons on the keyboard and enter the REGEDIT, then press enter or OK.
In the Registry Editor, go to the section:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Authentication \ Logonui \ Userswitch
Note the Enabled parameter. In the event that its value is 0, the last user is displayed when entering the OS. If you change it to 1, then the list of all users of the system will be displayed. To change, click on the Enabled right-click parameter, select "Change" and enter a new value.
There is one nuance: if you restart the computer, then Windows 8.1 will change the value of this parameter back, and you will again see only one, the last user. That this does not happen, you will have to change the permissions for this section of the registry.
Click on the UseserWitch right-click section and select "Permissions".
In the next window, select System and click the "Advanced" button.
In the "Advanced Security Settings for UsersWitch", click the "Disable inheritance" button, and in the dialog box that appears, select "Convert inherited permissions to explicit permissions of this object."
Select "System" and click the Edit button.
Click the "Displays additional permissions" link.
Remove the mark from the "Task value" item.
After that, apply all the changes made by consistently pressing "OK" several times. Close the registry editor and restart the computer. Now, when entering you, you will see a list of computer users, and not just the last of them.
