What is a hybrid loading?
Hybrid load is a new feature in Windows 8, which uses Hibernate technology to accelerate the launch of the operating system. As a rule, working at a computer or laptop, you have two running Windows sessions under the numbers 0 and 1 (their number may be greater, while input under multiple accounts). 0 Used for the Windows kernel session, and 1 is your user session. When using conventional hibernation, when you select the appropriate item in the menu, the computer records all the contents of both sessions from RAM into the Hiberfil.sys file. When using a hybrid boot when you press "Turn off" in the Windows 8 menu, instead of recording both sessions, the computer is placed in hibernation only session 0, after which the user session closes. After that, when you turn on the computer again, the Windows 8 kernel session is read from the disk and placed back to the memory, which significantly increases the download time and does not affect user sessions. But, at the same time, it remains hibernation, and not a complete shutdown of the computer.
How to quickly turn off the computer from Windows 8
In order to complete the complete shutdown, create a shortcut by right-clicking in the empty desktop location and selecting the desired item in the context menu that appears. To the request for the shortcut, for what you want to create, enter the following:
Shutdown / S / T 0After that, name your label somehow.
After creating a shortcut, you can change its icon to the appropriate context of the action, place on the Windows 8 initial screen, in general - to do everything with it with the usual Windows labels.
On the start of this shortcut, the computer will turn off, without placing something to the hibernation file Hiberfil.sys.
