Open the folder into which the library file has been downloaded. Copy it (Ctrl + C) and insert (Ctrl + V) to the "SYSWOW64" and / or System32 folder.
After that, the system must independently register a displaced library, and the games will start running without an error. If it appears anyway, you need to register the library yourself. Expand "Start", find the "Command Line" there. It must be launched on behalf of the administrator.

Method 3: Windows operating system update
Regarding the update version, the update is recommended as a method that helps correct errors and conflicts due to which the DLL cannot be used.
