The update process is not some difficult, but still briefly show it below. At the same time, starting the update from the already installed Office 2013 applications (in the "Account" menu) will not work. You can also buy a new Office 2016 in the online store Microsoft as in versions with a subscription, and without it (though prices may surprise).
Should I update? If you, like me, work with documents and in Windows and in OS X - is definitely worth (finally there is the same office there). If you have now as part of the Office 365 subscription, a version of 2013 is installed, then why not - your settings will be saved, to look at what the new programs are always interesting, and bugs, I hope there will be no much.
Update process
In order to update, go to the official website https://products.office.com/ru-ru/ after that go to your account by entering the account data to which you have a subscription.
On the Office account page, it will be easy to notice the "Installation" button, by clicking on which, you will need to click on the next page.
As a result, a new installer will be downloaded, which automatically downloads and install Office 2016 applications, encluting the available programs of 2013. The update process has occupied about 15-20 minutes required to download all files.

What's new in Office 2016
Perhaps, I will not become, and I will not be able to talk in detail about innovations - because in fact I do not use most of the Microsoft Office features. Only I will indicate several points:
- Adequate collaboration features
- Integration with Windows 10
- Handwritten input of the formula (judging by the demonstrations perfectly working)
- Automatic data analysis (here I really don't know what it is about)
- Intellectual prompts, search for definitions on the Internet, etc.
