In Yandex.Browser itself, there is no parental control function, but there is a DNS configuration through which you can use free service from Yandex, which is based on a similar principle.
Enabling Yandex DNS servers

Yandex has created its own DNS - servers responsible for traffic filtering. It works simply: when the user tries to enter a specific site or when the search engine tries to display various materials (for example, through the search by pictures), first all the address of the sites are checked through the database of dangerous sites, and then all obscene IP addresses are filtered, leaving only safe results.
Yandex.dns has several modes. By default, the basic mode works in the browser, which does not have traffic filtering. You can set two modes.

- Family - sites are blocked and advertising with content is not for children. Addresses:

It is noteworthy that using these two modes, you can even sometimes get some gain to speed, as DNS is located in Russia, the CIS and Western Europe. However, the stable and significant increase in speed should not be expected, since DNS performs a different function.
To enable these servers, you need to go to the settings of your router or configure the connection settings in Windows.
Step 1: Enable DNS in Windows
First, consider how to go to network settings on different versions of Windows. In Windows 10:
- Click on the "Start" right-click and select "Network Connections".
- Select the link "Network and Common Access Center" link.
- Click on the "Local Connection" link.
In Windows 7:
- Open the "Start"> Control Panel> Network and Internet.

- Click "OK" and close all windows.
Enable DNS in the router

- Click on the Hosts file 2 times the left mouse button.

This IP is responsible for the work of Yandex with the "Family Search" included.
Step 3: Browser Cleaning
