How to turn off the blocking of advertising in Google Chrome

Option 1: Computer

Despite the benefit of advertising blockers in Google Chrome on a computer, sometimes the work of this software can cause the appearance of some restrictions. Especially for such a case, as well as if you just want to get rid of auxiliary functions, we prepared an instruction on disconnecting blocking in three different ways.

Method 1: Browser Settings

By default, there is a separate option that blocks some elements that are dangerous for the user according to Google. To disable this, it will be enough to use the internal parameters of the web browser.

1. In the upper right corner of the program, click the left mouse button on the icon with three vertical points and through the appeared list Open the "Settings" section.



2. Scroll to the browser parameters to the "Privacy and Security" block and click the LCM on the Site Settings line.



3. On the page that opens, find and click on the "Advertising" parameter.



4. Change the position of the slider under the "Search" line to the "Allowed" state and you can simply exit the settings.



5. If required, this parameter can be disabled separately for each website. To do this, go to the desired resource, on the left side of the address bar, click on the icon with the lock or the letter "i" and open the "Site Settings".



6. Find the "Advertising" item, expand the drop-down list and set the "Allow" value.

The described procedure will make it possible to deactivate the default active blocking of unwanted elements, as a result of which all possible advertising will be displayed on websites. Note that it should be done only on your risk, because in Google Chrome this option is rather a means of protection than a full-fledged blocker.

Method 2: Disable extensions

Most often in the Internet browser under consideration as special extensions installed from the Chrome official store or in any other way. Accordingly, to enable the display of ads, it is necessary to deactivate each such software.

Adblock

The most famous Adblock or Adblock Plus advertising blocker, installed by most of the CHROME computer version users, can be disabled separately through the internal parameters. Adguard

1. Another well-known software installed as an expansion is Adguard. Deactivation In this case, it is fairly easy, simply clicking on the icon on the top of the browser and in the window that appears using the "Suspend protection" button.

   

   Full deactivation will affect the appearance of the software, painting the interface into gray colors.



2. If necessary, you can do otherwise by opening the parameters using the icon on the extensions panel, but this time taking the use of the slider in the center. This will result in color to red and stop lock on a specific site.

ublock

1. The last frequently used extension for chromium is Ublock, which is not very different from other software. To make it deactivation on an open site, you need to click on the left mouse button on the icon icon on the top of the chromium and use the shutdown icon.



2. Additionally, the disconnection can be limited only by an open site page if you press the "Ctrl" button while pressing the shutdown icon on the keyboard. At the same time, in both cases, it is necessary to manually reboot the tabs.

To fully limit the operation of this software, you will have to use the method with the browser settings, since the block driver itself can be deactivated only on separate pages.

Method 3: Disable Programs

For a computer as full-fledged programs, there are also blockers, the most famous of which is Adguard. To deactivate the software and display advertising again, you can easily get rid of software by performing uninstalling, or use the internal settings.

Deactivation of blocker

1. The easiest method of disconnecting the work of the software under consideration is to open the main window and switching the "Protection" slider into the "disabled" state. This will allow you to restore announcements in all browsers, including Google Chrome.



2. If you are not satisfied with this option, leave the slider in the original position and go to "Settings" using the top panel.



3. Here you need to switch to the "Network" tab, scroll to the "Filtering of Traffic" block and click the "List of Film Applications".



4. From the list presented, select Chrome by removing the location of the checkbox, and click "OK" to save new parameters.

After performing actions, advertising in the desired browser will return, while in other programs everything will be blocked unchanged. We will limit ourselves to the softer only, since other options are rarely used and generally not much different.

Option 2: Mobile device

On mobile devices, regardless of the platform, an advertisement lock in Google Chrome or added using a third-party application can also be used. We will look at the two basic methods of returning ads.

Method 1: Browser Settings

In the plan of the settings that are responsible for displaying content on visited sites, the Mobile version of Google Chrome is almost no different from a full-fledged program. To disable, you will also have to visit the settings.

1. Touch the three-point icon in the upper right corner of the application and select "Settings".



2. Scroll through the page below the "Additional" block and tap "Site Settings".



3. Find and deploy the item "Advertising". To turn off the blocker, shift the slider to the right and make sure the value is "allowed".

On this, the browser setting ends, because to assign permission for one particular site in this case will not work.

Method 2: Disable applications

Locking banners on phones, as a rule, is made with the help of special applications like adguard, filtering traffic and not allowing the demonstration of advertising in different browsers. We will look at the trip process on the example of only one specified software.

1. Go to the application and on the main page, shift the "Protection" slider before the status is displayed. This will fully deactivate the functions of the blocker.



2. To isolate from work on only a chrome browser, expand the main menu in the left corner and select "Application Settings".



3. In the presented list of programs, find the desired browser, if necessary, using the search field.



4. Once on the screen with detailed statistics of Google Chrome, find the "Settings" block and shift the "Lock advertising" slider on the left side.
