- First of all, check whether your device supports the OTG function and turn it on.

- Get a USB-OTG cable or Lightning-USB-C (IOS) cable and ensure that it is working.
- Take the USB flash drive, no more than 16 GB and format it into the FAT32 file system.

- Write down the music you need.
- Connect the CAG cable with the phone and connect a prepared drive to it. Make sure the smartphone correctly recognizes it.
- Connect with Bluetooth column.
- Open the music player, where as the source of the files, specify the connected USB flash drive.
Ready - Music from the drive will be played on the column.

The market contains many copies of the original JBL products of varying degrees of quality, but most of them have one interesting feature - they support direct music reproduction due to a completely different motherboard with a full firmware. So, for listening to songs from a flash drive, it is enough to format it in Fat32, write to it the tracks and simply insert the carrier into the Nest of Yusb on the column body.
