Unfortunately, using the settings it is impossible to make Photoshop working without creating temporary files.
Method 4: Reset and reinstalling
Like any other program on a computer, Photoshop can work incorrectly due to damage to the working files, including without visible reasons to demonstrate the "Primary Disk Drive" message. In this case, the optimal solution can be resetting the program settings to the initial state.
To do this, it is enough in the internal parameters on the "Main" tab, click the "Remove Installation Settings" button and confirm the action in the pop-up window. After restarting, all data will be reset, and the error will most likely disappear.
