Method 2: High Contrast Parameters

Method 4: Registry Settings
If the previous ways turned out to be inappropriate, you can set custom windows color through the registry editor, changing only a few parameters. As part of this method, we will show not only the principle of setting the color of the active window, but also inactive.
- Open the "Run" utility and write there regedit to go to the registry editor. Click the Enter key to confirm the command.
- In the editor itself, go along the path of HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ DWM by inserting this path to the address bar.
- Find the "AccentColor" parameter and double-click on it with the left mouse button.
- Change the color value to the desired in hexadecimal view. If necessary, use any convenient online service to translate the color value.
- If the color and inactive window changes additionally, you will have to first create the "DWORD" parameter by calling the context menu by pressing PCM.
- Set the name "AccentColorinactive" for it, click on the line twice LX and change the value.
Any settings made in the "Registry Editor" apply only after rebooting the computer or re-enter the account.
