How to burn the Mac screen in QuickTime Player

If you needed a video of what is happening on the MAC screen, you can do this using QuickTime Player - a program that already exists in MacOS, that is, the search and installation of additional programs for basic tasks for the creation of screenwrites are not required.

Below is how to record a video from the screen of your MacBook, IMAC or other Mac in the specified way: there is nothing difficult here. The unpleasant limitation of the method is that when you cannot record a video with reproducible at this moment sound (but you can record the screen with the sound of the microphone). Using QuickTime Player to record video from the MacOS screen

To begin with, you will need to run QuickTime Player: Use the Search Spotlight or simply find the program in Finder, as shown in the screenshot below.

Next, it will remain to perform the following steps to start writing the Mac screen and save the recorded video.

1. In the top menu bar, click File and select "New Screen Record".

   

2. The MAC Screen Recording dialog box opens. It does not offer the user of some special settings, but by clicking on the small arrow next to the recording button, you can enable sound recording from the microphone, as well as the display of clicking on the screen entry.

   

3. Click on the Red Round Record Button. A notification will appear, offering or simply click on it and record the entire screen, or to select the mouse or using the trackpad that the screen area that should be recorded.
4. At the end of the entry, click the "Stop" button, which will be displayed during the MacOS notification string.
5. A window will open with an already recorded video, which can be immediately viewed and, if you wish to export on YouTube, on Facebook and not only.

   

6. You can simply save the location on your computer or laptop to you: it will automatically be asked when you close the video, and also available in the File menu - "Export" (at the same time here you can select a video resolution or device to play on which It should be saved).

   

As you can see, the video recording process from the MAC screen built-in MacOS means is quite simple and will be understood even to the novice user.

Although this method of recording has some limitations:

• The impossibility of recording sound recording.
• Only one format for saving video files (files are saved in QuickTime - .mov format).
