1. Once you have finished working with the video, in the File menu, select the "Visualize as ..." tab ("calculate how ...", "Render As ...").
2. Then you need to select the format and resolution from the list (we take Internet HD 720p).
3. But now let's go to more detailed settings. Click on the "Customize Template" button and in the window that opens in the video settings, change the bitrate of 10,000,000 and the frame rate by 29.970.

Pay attention to the latest item on the Video Settings tab - Coding Mode. If you correctly configure this parameter, you can simply increase the speed of saving your video to the computer.
