Settings and functions
To beginfully, I recommend to enable the Russian operating system interface language (provided that the English does not fit you), the choice of language will also affect the language of the launched games:

- If the emulator hangs at start-up, on the command line on behalf of the administrator, enter the BCDedit / Set HypervisorlaunchType OFF command (pressing ENTER) and restart the computer.
