Perhaps the most common symptoms I described. So, the most common cause of their appearance is to use your wireless network of the same channel, which is used by other Wi-Fi access points next door. As a result, there are such things in connection with the interference and the "discharging" of the canal. The decision is quite obvious: change the channel, because in most cases, users leave the value of AUTO, which is set in the default router settings.
Of course, you can try to perform these actions at random, trying various channels until the most stable will be detected. But you can go to the case and more reasonably - to determine the most free channels in advance.

This utility will allow you to easily scan all wireless networks in your environment and graphically displays information about the distribution of these networks through the channels. Let's figure out what is displayed on this schedule. My access point, Remontka.pro uses channels 13 and 9 (not all routers can use two channels for data transmission). Please note that you can see that another wireless network uses the same channels. Accordingly, it can be assumed that problems with Wi-Fi communications are caused by this factor. But the channels 4, 5 and 6, as can be seen, are free.
Let's try changing the channel. The general meaning is to choose the channel that will be as much as possible from any other sufficiently strong wireless signals. To do this, go to the router settings and go to the Wi-Fi Wi-Fi setup (how to go to the router settings) and specify the required channel. After that apply the changes.
As you can see, the picture has changed for the better. Now, with a large probability, the disappearance of Wi-Fi speed will not be so significant, and the incomprehensible compound breaks are so frequent.
It is worth noting that each channel of the wireless network is from another 5 MHz, while the channel width can be 20 or 40 MHz. Thus, when choosing, for example, 5 channels, neighboring - 2, 3, 6 and 7 will also be affected.
Just in case: this is not the only reason to be low speed through a router or break Wi-Fi compound, albeit one of the most frequent. It may also be caused by an unstable working firmware, problems with the router itself or a receiver device, as well as power supply problems (voltage jumps, etc.).
