Family Link - device blocked
After publishing an article on the parental control on Android in the Family Link application, there were regular messages that, after use or even when configuring the Family Link, the child's phone is blocked with a message that "the device was blocked because the account was removed Without parental permission. " In some cases, the parent access code is requested, and in some (if I understood correctly from messages) there is no matter.

I tried to reproduce the problem on my "experimental" phones, but it was exactly described in the comments of the situation I could not achieve, therefore I ask: if someone can step by step to describe what, in what order and on what phones (child, parent) was made before the appearance Problems, please, please, it is in the comments.

From most of the descriptions, the account should "deleted", "deleted the application" and everything was blocked, and in which way, on which device - it remains not clear (and I tried it, and the case and anyway "completely" is not blocked, the phone in the brick Not turning).

Nevertheless, I give several possible options for action, one of which, perhaps, will be useful:

  • According to https://goo.gl/alvwg8 (open the parents in the browser), you can ask a question in the support service of Google family groups, in the comments to the Family Link on the Play market they promise to help you call you back. I recommend in contacting immediately indicate a child account, which was blocked.
  • If the phone's phone requests the entry of the parent access code, you can take it by entering the site https://families.google.com/families (including from a computer) under the parent record, opening the menu in the upper left corner (in it Item "Parent Access Code"). Do not forget that you can manage the family group on this site (also, going to the Gmail account of the child from the computer, you can accept an invitation to join the family group if its account was removed from there).
  • If the child's age (up to 13 years), even after deleting an account, you can restore it on the site https://families.google.com/ using the appropriate menu item.
  • Pay attention to the child's account removal certificate: https://support.google.com/families/answer/9182020?hl=ru. It follows from it that in that situation when you set up an account for a child under the age of 13 and deleted it from your account, not deleting the child's device itself, it can lead to blocking (perhaps it is precisely what happens in the comments). Perhaps here will work the recovery of the account, which I wrote in the previous paragraph.
  • Also, when experiments tried the phone reset to the factory settings via Recovery (you need to enter the login and password of the account used before the discharge, if you do not know them - the risk of getting a finally blocked phone) - In my case (with a 24-hour lock), everything worked without Problems and I received a unlocked phone. But this is not the method that I can recommend, because I do not exclude that you have a different situation and reset only aggravate it.

Also, judging by the comments to the Family Link application, the improper application of the application and blocking devices is possible in cases where the wrong time zone is set on one of the devices (it changes in the date and time settings, the automatic definition of the time zone is normal. I do not exclude that the parent code is generated on the basis of the date and time, and if they are different on devices, the code may not come up (but these are only my guesses).

As the new information appears, I will try to complement the text and ways of action to unlock the phone.
