If you can't restore data from Android
As mentioned above, the likelihood of successful data recovery and files on the Android device from internal memory is lower than the same procedure for memory cards, flash drives and other drives (which are defined as the drive in Windows and other OS).Therefore, it is quite possible that nothing of the proposed methods will help you.
