If the problem arose after the assembly or cleaning of the computer, replacing the motherboard

1. A video card is well installed (the force is sometimes required), whether additional power is connected to it (if necessary).
2. Did you check the inclusion with one linear of RAM in the first slot? Officer memory is inserted well.
3. Whether the processor was installed correctly, were there no legs on it?

   

4. Whether the cooler of the processor is connected to the power supply.
5. The front panel of the system unit is connected correctly.
6. Does your motherboard and the BIOS or revision of the BIOS installed (if the CPU or the motherboard changed).
7. If you installed new SATA devices (disks, drives), check whether the problem is saved if you turn off.

• If the computer is old enough - dust (and closures), problems with contacts.
